Hong Kong to Shenzhen

You must have a paper report with a negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours issued by a qualified testing institution recognized by the governments of Guangdong and Hong Kong, and an appointment confirmation form valid on the day of customs clearance generated by the online booking system of the Health Station Room.

Quarantine requirements

According to the Shenzhen 12345 hotline, it is clear that the management measures of "7-day centralized isolation medical observation + 3-day home health monitoring" should be implemented for people from Hong Kong who come to Shenzhen. On the third day of health monitoring, nucleic acid tests of oropharyngeal swabs were carried out each time.

Health Station

The allocation method for Hong Kong to stay in Shenzhen Health Station rooms is based on "lottery lottery".

❶ Lottery application time: 9:00-18:00 every day

❷ System lottery time: 18:30-20:00 every day

❸ Announcement time of lottery results: 20:00 every day

Humanistic care channel

In order to ensure that special groups can return to the mainland in a timely manner, Shenzhen has specially increased the application for the "humanistic care" customs clearance quota, which does not occupy the 2,000 quotas for Hong Kong residents entering Shenzhen on the same day.

Those who meet the relevant requirements can submit applications through five channels: "Shenzhen 12345 Hotline", "Shenzhen People's Livelihood Appeal Service Platform", "Shenzhen 12345 Hotline" official WeChat account, iShenzhen APP, and Shenzhen Government Online Website. After the proof materials are verified, a special person will conduct a screening review.

Nucleic acid requirements

Paper report of negative nucleic acid test results within 24 hours

The issuing department of the nucleic acid test report must be the 33 designated nucleic acid testing institutions in Hong Kong recognized by Guangdong and Hong Kong;

The sampling method must be indicated on the nucleic acid test report, and the sampling method must be a nasopharyngeal swab or a mixed swab of the nasal cavity and throat;

The sampling time must be indicated on the nucleic acid test report, and the customs clearance time for passengers is within 48 hours after the sampling time.

【Is isolation required?】

People who go to Hong Kong through the Easy Arrival plan do not need to be quarantined. Under the Easy Arrival Programme, non-Hong Kong residents arriving in Hong Kong must undergo nucleic acid testing on the 5th and 12th day of arrival (if they are still in Hong Kong). (Note: The days of arrivals in Hong Kong are counted from the day of arrival as the first day.)

【Reservation Conditions】

Any Hong Kong resident who is over 18 years old and holds a Hong Kong identity card must provide a Hong Kong identity card number when applying.

An appointment can be made for up to three other accompanying Hong Kong residents (such as children under the age of 18) in the same application, and the Hong Kong identity card number or other identification document number (such as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) of the accompanying Hong Kong residents must be provided in the system. Passport, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Re-entry Permit, Birth Certificate, other passports, etc.).

Hong Kong residents who arrive in Hong Kong via Hong Kong Airport are required to undergo "testing pending" on the day of arrival, but also on the 5th and 12th days of arrival (if they are still in Hong Kong).

It should be noted that people arriving in Hong Kong through the Easy Entry Program and the Easy Return Program must go to a community testing center or an accredited local medical testing institution for nucleic acid testing to meet the requirements of compulsory testing.
