On August 4, the Macao talent introduction program application platform was officially launched, and it has now begun to accept applications for three types of talent introduction programs, including the high-end talent program, the comprehensive health industry excellent talent program and the comprehensive health industry senior professional talent program.

High-end talent plan

According to the relevant notice from the Talent Development Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the application period for the High-end Talent Program is from August 4, 2023 to February 3, 2024.

The program aims to attract individuals of exceptional talent and technical ability who are internationally recognized or who have made significant contributions in a particular field.

By introducing these outstanding talents, Macau aims to enhance its innovation, competitiveness and international reputation.

Applicants will need to meet one of the identification criteria set out in the High Talent Program, which include exceptional achievement or job-specific requirements. (For details, please refer to the article link at the end of the article)

Talents successfully selected for the program will receive a series of supports and preferential policies from the Macau government to help them achieve their personal and professional development goals in Macau.

Excellent talent plan

The application period for the Great Health Industry Excellent Talents Program is from August 4, 2023 to December 3, 2023.

The Great Health Industry Talents Program aims to attract outstanding professionals in the fields of medical services, hospital and pharmaceutical factory management, and smart medical technology development.

Applicants need to meet the requirements of academic qualifications and work experience, and have good language skills. According to the scoring table for outstanding talents in the big health industry in Macao, applicants need to achieve 200 points (total score of 300 points).

Senior Professionals Program

The application period for the Senior Professional Talent Program in the Big Health Industry is from August 4, 2023 to December 3, 2023.

In order to promote the development of the comprehensive health industry, the plan aims to attract high-quality talents with certain experience and technical capabilities in relevant professional fields, and promote the development of the comprehensive health industry in Macau.

Applicants need to have a degree in a relevant discipline and work experience, and meet the requirements of language skills, scoring standards, employment requirements, and salary requirements.

These conditions are designed to ensure that applicants possess the professional knowledge and skills and are able to function in areas where human resources are scarce.
