According to Article 12 of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government Order (No. 354), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, as joint applicants, are not subject to household registration restrictions and can apply for the subscription of shared property housing in Shenzhen.


The selling price of shared property housing in Shenzhen is only half of the market price. For Hong Kong residents, it is equivalent to buying real estate in Shenzhen at half the price. This is great news!
