Hong Kong eases entry quarantine measures again

The entry quarantine security at the airport will be changed from "3+4" to "0+3", which means that isolation is not required, and 3-day health medical monitoring measures will be taken (you can go out, take transportation, go to work, enter shopping malls, supermarkets, etc.; However, it is not allowed to enter designated places such as restaurants);

A negative nucleic acid test certificate must be obtained before boarding the plane, and a quick test will be used instead;

Lifting boarding restrictions for unvaccinated people;

There is no limit for Easy Entry/Return to Hong Kong, and it is applicable to the Mainland.

The above measures will be implemented from September 26 (next Monday)!

Recently, Hong Kong's relaxation of the "0+7" policy for immunization has been discussed.

This is also the largest relaxation since strict control measures were introduced in early 2020.

In addition, Chief Executive Li Jiachao further emphasized at the press conference that in the future, Hong Kong will continue to implement the "five anti-epidemic policies", which will not lie flat, reduce severe illness and reduce death, protect the elderly and young children, precise prevention and control, and balance epidemic risks and economic development.

Li Jiachao also said that he is confident that the epidemic situation in Hong Kong can be controlled, and hopes that more epidemic prevention restrictions can be relaxed after the implementation of "0+3".
